hi guys it's Ivan, I have a Nissan primera 2.2 dci primera, had egr valve stripped and cleaned replaced turbo boost solenoid valve, ran ok for 4 months but now getting a power dip when accelerating it will red line in second but third and fourth gear power dips at 4 thousand revs take your foot off and accelerate again and it will red line again not that I drive it like this. Any ideas would be welcome I was thinking maybe maf sensor ? But tickover is not fluctuating it's nice and steady at 600 rpm any ideas would be appreciated.

I think your theory about the MAF sensor is about right..you should just be able to replace the sensor itself as opposed to the housing it is within...slightly cheaper sometimes!

Definitely check fault codes first to see if there is mention of the MAF sensor.
