Just took delivery of the car yesterday, but there was only one key with it. Dealer didn't know what had happened to the second key (!). Can I get a key from a dealership (presumably they'll need chassis number, etc.). Any idea how much this will cost?

I would go to a Timpsons shop as they can make and code a new key for you for very little cost.
