Hi there i have a 2006 56 reg  Nissan note 1400 petrol , the car is running @ 3000 rpm all the time it wont come off this figure then hunts up and down , the garage have fitted 2 new throttle body's to the car  but no change , there are no fault codes in the ecu , someone told me there a learn sequence on these vehicles any help would be appreciated as two garages dont know where to go with it kind regards 

There is a coding procedure for the throttle body that can be carried out with a scan tool.
Also, check for any air leaks on the induction side (intake manifold, etc) rubber hoses split, etc
