Lightbar and overheating transmission?

I have a 2007 Navara d40 and would like to install a light bar in the automatic transmission cooler hole in the front bumper. Has anybody experienced transmission overheating when they tried this? I have searched the forum and not found any reference to this

As long as there is sufficient airflow (albeit redirected) then it shouldn't make too much difference to the temperature of the A/T fluid, unless you are towing constantly in which case I would reconsider it
