Hi all,

 

Just replaced my old pixo key but just assumed that the chip is in the buttons but now car won't start. I have a spare key so can I program the new key myself??

Try this procedure, I have successfully used this for an X-Trail key before

Insert the key into the ignition, but don't start the car, then remove the key. Do this about six times, although it can take up to 10 times. When your car accepts the Key, the hazard lights will flash twice. Now you're in program mode.

does this allow the key to start the car or what i have a prob with immobiliser coming in now and again can i over ride that or what thanks for any help with this
