I have a Nissan note automatic 2014, struggle to start and when it does, it is not driving smooth, this happened when if was left parking for 4 days. Kindly advise on possible cause of the problem and solution please.

No real help I'm afraid, not great on technical knowledge.  But, if still a problem, perhaps your garage has a 'Rolling Road' installed and could run the car on this, while looking/listening?
