Hello all Nissan owners. 

Bought a Nissan Micra 21 reg. Two weeks in. Bad luck engine light on with P246F. Shown a mechanic he had no clue where that temperature sensor was. Anyone know would be great help.

That's unfortunate to occur within such a short space of ownership - no chance you bought it from a trader and can get the repairs done free?

- OBD2 Diagnostic Trouble Code P246F means that Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 Sensor 4) has been detected -

That's what he should be looking for and it will be in the exhaust (possibly on top of the front pipe area)
