I have bought a Nissan QASHQAI +2 2011 4x4 N-Tec never realised they did 4x4 in on this model . Drives lovely . Needing a space saver spare wheel 🛞 and was wondering if you can get a polystyrene inlay to place it in . Any suggestions help be gratefully received thanks . David .

I think the 4x4 model is quite rare but highly effective when extra grip is needed.

I would try your local Nissan dealer and see if they can source one for you, alternatively a local scrapyard should have one as probably the same for most models
