Scanner for 2000 Pathfinder

I have a 2000 Pathfinder pickup with a 2.5L diesel engine. I would like to scan any codes it has, but it's not the usual OSB shape.  Does anyone know where I would get a scanner that would read from this connection?

Is this a Nissan proiprietary connection?
