Pixo clutch / gear selection

Just had a new clutch fitted to my 10 plate Pixo, all was good for about a week, now its quite hard and grinder when selecting a gear, mainly when down shifting and sometimes when shifting up.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would definitely advise to return the car to the garage who fitted the clutch for them to diagnose the issue - could be an adjustment required or a faulty part, etc?
