Just bought the new 2025 e-power Qashqai with an advertised range of 759 miles. It was given a full tank of petrol by the dealership with delivery mileage of 10 miles and the range was only 660. (The salesperson said he was surprised when he filled up and noticed the range was only 660).

It was explained that the car was to learn the drivers habits and range would be noted accordingly. Surely it should have given, as new - undriven, the advertised range of 759 and then yes as it adjusted to driving habits the range would alter.

I changed from a 2024 e-power Qashqai and with our driving habits managed to achieve, or thereabouts, this models range of 550 miles which it was started with.

Both of the models being the N-Connecta.

Manufacturers were all found guilty of doctoring the figures by any means necessary - so they really are just guidelines.
Your driving style, routes, terrain will all play a part in the overall fuel consumption....even air conditioning and having a roof box will play a part in the outcome

Nissan are looking into my new car that was not giving the advertised range of 759 miles on delivery as they said it should (only giving 660  a 100 mile discrepancy. Car delivered with full fuel tank and only delivery mileage of 10 miles). second tank fill still only 660 range. Awaiting their investigation!
