As the E POWER vehicles are hybrid but NOT plug-in hybrid will they have to pay the new budget charge per mile levy.

As the electricity used is solely produced by the petrol engine then all excise duty has been paid. If this new charge is applied to these vehicles then surely you are paying twice. Nissn E POWER vehicles should be exempt.

I don't have any faith whatsover with the current clowns in power so I wouldn't do anything hastily such as changing your car as it is always likely to change in the near future
