Got an issue with abs. Got a fault code c1140 actuator relay. Do I need to change the abs pump. Only came on after battery was left to go flat. Will not clear

I would be tempted to drive it more to allow the battery to charge and to activate the brakes on loose surface to invoke the ABS.
Erase the fault code memory and rescan it to see if the fault returns
