Anyone help me who has 65 plate X-trail

my beloved car has just been into garage with a long list of faults the major being it needing a new control panel 🙄 

When lock or unlock the car the drivers side sounds lovely BUT....... The passenger side sounds like it clonks on either key fob or lock button on handle - anyone else noticed this?????? Garage think I'm nuts/female etc ........ It never sounded like this when I first got the car hence me noticing the change in sound!  just being told that's what they sound like......... Any help much appreciated x

How did you get on with the repairs on your X-trail?

Sounded like a long list of faults...all under warranty I imagine?

I would always say that if a customer tells you something has changed (noises, etc) that they would know as they are driving it all the time..always proved to be right!
